Mighty Kids Arise 2012 - South Africa

It is Time - On the 14th of April 2012 between 4:14pm – 5:14, children (aged 4 – 14) across the globe are called to boldly rise up and lead their respective countries in worship and prayer. On the same day parents and leaders are called to actively pray and fast for these kids, resulting in nations hearing from and responding to God through Godly children all over the world.MIGHTY KIDS ARISE Southern Africa ON GLOBAL 4/14 DAY 2012

The plan:

To host this mandate in Southern Africa.

Leading up to the day:

To give children in SA a credible voice by approaching churches and institutions who are teaching children to listen to the voice of God, asking them to give those children an opportunity to hear God’s will for SA.

These prophetic messages, as well as their prayers for SA and their testimonies about God’s involvement in their lives are recorded for the full spectrum of media, as well as for direct distribution to the churches with the aim to have a snowball effect, inspiring more listening and sharing, or at least conversation about it.

The 14th of April - Mighty Kids Arise SA on global 4/14 day 2012MKA18

On the 14th of April participating children’s groups will be part of the day’s events, each presenting what they heard independently, so that the message can be compared at the end of the day, for the media etc to relate to the world as representing the children of SA. Children will mostly lead the day; all praise and worship (done by choirs and worship groups), all prayer, all word proclamation as well as the messages relayed.  The only adult led bit is short teachings on sanctification and the fruit of the Spirit in between, empowering the children to take their place of authority in God’s kingdom.

The ARISE! Vision

Enthrone God in the praises of His children (the 4-14 window for children age 4-14 years old)

“For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign LORD will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations.” ISA 61:11

MKA19Combined with The MIGHTY KIDS! Vision

Children to bear fruit - Fruits of the Spirit (Gal 5:22,23)

  – It is Time to walk in the image of God.

Blessed is the man (also children) that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.

For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. “ JER 17:7,8

ARISE MISSION for 2012

What: Gather the children, in praise, worship and prayer

• Into the Father’s presence, to lift up the name of Jesus.MKA10

“From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise because of your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger.” PS 8:2

• To take their place as disciples set apart for God

“They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.”ISA 61:3

Where: Children in every time zone of the world and in South Africa, countrywide in every home, school and church.

When: At 4:14pm*(Our local time), 14 April 2012

MKA7ARISE! was recently invited to partner the 4/14 Movement in the call to the world to fast and pray for the 4/14 Window. We believe that it is no coincidence that the Lord is moving different parts of the body to stand in the gap for this 4/14 generation. At Mighty Kids ARISE! we believe that the children have a vital role to play in all this; ‘It is Time’ they enter God’s presence in praise and worship, take their place as a generation set apart for His works and adults and leaders fast & pray for their generation on the Global 4/14 Day.

They are a “planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor.” Is61.

*Meetings to begin by 3pm until 5pm in South Africa
(at the latest at 4pm to ensure that continual praise is lifted up across the globe)

WILL YOU BE A PART OF FULFILLING THIS VISION IN 2012?

We want to encourage All Schools, Churches, Ministries and families at home to have your own Mighty Kids ARISE assemblies and to gather the children of our country into God’s presence, in praise and worship, to lift up the name of Jesus and to bear the fruit of the Spirit.

Everybody can take part on the day of ARISE, 14 April 2012, at the Mighty Kids Arise assemblies’ countrywide.

MKA23WE would like to focus on the 4-14 children and on families and try to mobilize the whole family to worship together. This does not exclude any adults or teens. The family is always encouraged to worship together but the thrust is that ARISE! is for the children.

Unity is key: This is an inter-denominational gathering of those who believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour; Setting doctrinal differences aside and not be critical of the form the praise and worship takes…may we as a body move in one accord, deferring to each other.

The assemblies could take different forms:
o   One centralized venue for the children and their families to gather
o   Decentralised – several venues being coordinated by a central body to ease travel time
o   Home setting – many different homes being opened up and coordinated to start at the same time and given a common programme flow to follow.

WE WANT EVERY CHILD to feel he doesn’t miss out and we encourage parents to accompany their children. We will make provision via the internet to be part of the Mighty Kids Arise assemblies and we will provide you of the necessary downloadable resources to hold such a day all on your own without much effort.
